The Aquatic AV EXT-14 14 ft Wired Remote Cable is an extension cable for Aquatic AV wired remotes. It adds length to the remote’s own lead so the remote can sit far from the stereo. It fits Aquatic AV wired remotes such as the WR6 used with the SWA6 stereo subwoofers.
A stereo mounted under a console or seat is often a long way from where you want to control it. The extension lets you put the remote at the helm, the transom or on a tower. That keeps the stereo in a dry, protected spot instead of moving it to suit the remote.
It plugs in between the remote and its existing lead rather than replacing it. A wired remote needs no batteries, so it keeps working on long days on the water. Other remotes and cables are in our marine audio accessories section.
