- Outershell made of 3-ply Taslanized Nylon-Full Dull with Gore-Tex fabric membrane that’s 100% windproof, waterproof, and breathable with waterproof seam sealing
- 6-snap storm front with waterproof 2-way zipper
- Cross-stitched shoulder straps with snap-down buttons
- Metal eyelet badge holder
- Yokes front and back with Velcro closure to accommodate optional zip-on drop down panels
- Inverted pleat patch pockets with mitered snap-down flaps
- Shirred elasticized cuffs and adjustable extended tab with snap closure
- Vertical utility welt pockets with zipper closure
- Side vents with 10 in. zipper and snap closure
- Gore-Tex lined hood with adjustable drawstring that drops into the body of the jacket
