This is a used Mares Essence LiquidSkin dive mask. The LiquidSkin skirt is molded from two silicones of different hardness: a soft compound where the skirt meets the face for sealing, and a firmer compound in the structural sections so the mask holds its shape. The result seals across a wider range of face shapes than a single-density skirt.
The Essence uses a two-lens layout with a regular fit and moderate internal volume, so the mask clears with a reasonable amount of air. Buckles mount on the skirt rather than a rigid frame, allowing the strap to follow head movement.
As a used item, this mask shows cosmetic wear consistent with prior diving. Please review the listing photos for the condition of this specific unit.
