It protects to a 23 dB NRR and uses 0.02-second Sound Activated Compression to cut sudden shooting noise. Between shots, two high-gain microphones and HD speakers bring normal conversation back through.
Recessed volume knobs on each cup adjust independently and stay out of the way. The slim cups reduce interference with a cheek weld on long guns. Power comes from two AAA batteries, which are included.
